As the Principle Consultant, my experience provides extensive experience in large scale change and hands-on involvement in a variety of organizational and people improvement implementations. This collective experience comprises a wealth of knowledge that spans a variety of industries and key organizational improvement outcomes. You will find a unique sensitivity to your needs and the culture of your organization in terms of developing a tailored improvement plan. In addition, whether you require the services and experience of one consultant or the whole team, each project is viewed as a team effort to assure the integrity of the proposed interventions. The WORXz®Principles background is as follows: Thomas C. Bardwell,CMC, RODC, PMP President and founder of WORXz L.L.C., has extensive experience in consulting manufacturing, service and healthcare organizations across the United States. His expertise focuses on process improvement, organizational development, and strategic planning as a means of catalyzing organizational change and improvement. In addition, his expertise involves aligning organizational and individual goals within performance appraisal processes within client organizations to ensure performance improvement. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Institute of Management Consultants and holds a Masters of Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) from the University of San Francisco. He has been a Registered Organizational Development Consultant (RODC) with the Organizational Development Institute. His practice background includes all phases of organizational and leadership change practices, organizational development and leadership coaching and mentoring a process used to foster large scale change within organizations. In addition, he is a Certified Project Manager through the Project Management Institute and has overseen a number of performance improvement projects within client environments. Mr. Bardwell has held a variety of manufacturing leadership positions across the United States prior to his consulting career involving plant startups, turnarounds and re-engineering projects. In addition, he has served as Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at Hills and Dales General Hospital, Adjunct Professor at Saginaw Valley State University and a Commissioner of Tuscola County for over ten years and now serving as Chair of the Board. These engagements provide a learned perspective in interacting with all levels of employees and organizational leadership. His passion for organizational improvement through people has impacted hundred’s of clients across the United States. |
