Thomas C. Bardwell
He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Institute of Management Consultants and holds a Masters of Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) from the University of San Francisco. His practice background includes all phases of organizational and leadership change practices, organizational development, leadership coaching and mentoring of senior staff. In addition, he is a Certified Project Manager through the Project Management Institute and has overseen a number of performance improvement projects within client environments.
His career included a variety of manufacturing leadership positions across the United States prior to his consulting career involving plant startups, turnarounds and re-engineering projects. In addition, he has background experience in Healthcare and served as Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at Hills and Dales General Hospital, served as an Adjunct Professor at Saginaw Valley State University for twelve years in the business school and continues to serve his community as a Commissioner of Tuscola County for over 20 years serving on many community and business boards including past President of the Michigan Association of Counties.
These engagements provide a learned perspective in interacting with all levels of employees and organizational leadership. His passion for helping organizations improve through people has impacted hundreds of clients across the United States.
